- The surrogate mother must undergo tests to certify her physical and mental health.

- The pregnant woman must undergo the assisted fertility treatment or medical procedure of surrogacy until a pregnancy results.
- Once the pregnancy has been achieved, the pregnant woman cannot retract the delivery of the child.
- The termination of pregnancy can only be done under medical prescription.
